The west side police headquarters is still open for business during protests marking the second anniversary of the shooting of Tamir Rice.

CLEVELAND, OH — Today is the second anniversary of the shooting of Tamir Rice and the Cleveland Police First District wants everyone to know that they are still open in spite of the protest activity happening outside.
Earlier today, the Cleveland Police Department posted the following on their blog:
The First District headquarters located at 3895 W. 130th Street remains open for business despite protest occurring outside. Police reports can be made at the First District headquarters or at any of the five neighborhood districts across the city.
Here's a list of locations and phone numbers.
Even though the First District says that they are still open for business, a video appeared on the Black Lives Matter Cleveland Facebook page showing that the door had been locked.
