WATCH: Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams on the RNC: 'Business as Usual in an Unusual Manner'

Cleveland Police Chief Williams spoke at the U.S. Secret Service press conference at the new Multi-Agency Communications Center (MACC).

"Cleveland is prepared. We invite people to come here, enjoy the convention and exercise your constitutional rights, and we're here to assist you in doing that," Cleveland Police Chief Calvin Williams said yesterday in a press conference at the new Multi-Agency Communications Center (MACC).

The MACC is the central point of communications for the agencies involved in the operational security and public safety efforts for the 2016 Republican National Convention in Cleveland.

Secret Service Director Joseph Clancy, NSSE Coordinator Ron Rowe and Williams each spoke at the press conference with Williams answering most of the questions.
