Dead Body, With Slashed Throat, Found On Cleveland's East Side
A dead body was found near a home on E. 30th Street this week.
CLEVELAND — A dead body was found near a home on E. 30th Street this week.
At 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officers were called to the 2300 block of E. 30th Street. When police arrived they spoke with witnesses who found the body near the house.
The body was of a 56-year-old man. His throat had been slashed, police said.

Members of the Cleveland police homicide unit are now leading the investigation into the man's death. The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's office took the man's body and will also contribute to the investigation.
