Leading water safety and swim lesson school announces an additional Cleveland-area location to serve more families

Goldfish Swim School, the country’s leading water safety and swim lesson school offering infant and child swim lessons is planning a new location on Route 42 in Medina, Ohio. This new location is expected to welcome swimmers into the pool in spring 2026.
Goldfish Swim School provides indoor, year-round swim instruction to children ages 4 months to 12 years-old in a safe, fun and family-friendly setting with highly trained instructors, small class sizes (max 4:1 student to teacher ratio), a shiver-free 90-degree pool, and a state-of-the-art water purification system. Goldfish offers convenient scheduling options and families can easily book makeup classes when necessary.

In addition to swim lessons, Goldfish Swim School offers frequent family swims and party packages for their members. Facility highlights include an air-conditioned viewing gallery for parents to watch lessons, warm showers, individual/private changing rooms, hair drying station, snack bar, retail shop and warm, tropical décor.
Drowning remains the number one cause of accidental death for kids under age four. The Goldfish team is committed to changing this statistic by providing swim lessons and water safety education to more families by expanding in the southwestern Cleveland market. The new Goldfish Swim School Medina location will offer additional learn to swim programming in addition to the thriving Goldfish Swim School Strongsville location that currently has over 700 students enrolled.
