Gov. John Kasich and Mayor Jackson Proclaim Wednesday, June 22nd as Cleveland Cavaliers Day
Ohio Gov. John Kasich and Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson are ALLin216 with Wednesday, June 22nd being Cleveland Cavaliers Day.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich has been quoted as saying the Steph Curry (gasp!) is his favorite basketball player:

But he has also appeared in videos on Twitter unshaven and wearing a tee shirt to cheer on the Cavs:

Perhaps the Gov. has had a change of heart and is leaning more toward the wine and gold after LeBron and the Cavs beat his favorite basketball player's team to win the NBA Championship in Game 7. In fact, the Gov. has proclaimed that Wednesday, June 22nd as Cleveland Cavaliers Day.
