Here are the top three stories today in Cleveland:

  1. Anthony Luke, Cleveland’s newest fire chief, began his service immediately after swearing-in this morning. Luke has served in the Cleveland Division of Fire since 1994 in many different roles, including lieutenant, captain, battalion chief, and assistant chief.   2. A police chase in Cleveland lasted 30 miles and ended in an arrest. The chase that began in Cleveland Heights and ended in Independence was captured by News 5. As of Tuesday evening, the reasons behind the chase are unknown. (News 5 Cleveland WEWS)
  3. Cleveland State University student Crystal Looney turned her COVID-19 quarantine baking hobby into a full-blown business. Her company, “The Dessert Aisle,” provides a solution for your sweet tooth with large, cake-like cookie creations.
