Cuyahoga County's Top Prosecutor Won't Criminalize Abortion
1) Prosecutor Mike O'Malley joins nearly 100 prosecutors nationwide who've pledged not to prosecute those who provide or seek abortions. O'Malley on Monday signed a joint statement organized by the nonprofit Fair and Just Prosecution, joining prosecutors from 29 states in asserting that personal medical decisions should not be criminalized. The prosecutor's office said O'Malley "believes in a woman’s fundamental right to privacy and their right to make decisions regarding their reproductive health."

2) The Galley Boy cheeseburger at Swensons Drive-In is the best burger in Ohio, according to a Reader's Digest List. It boasts not one but two secret sauces. Swensons began in 1934 when "Pop" Swenson sold burgers to his Akron neighbors from the back of his station wagon. (Somehow, that seems quaint and not gross.) He opened a burger stand and today operates a chain of eateries.
- Per Reader's Digest: You’d be hard-pressed to find someone in Ohio who hasn’t tried a Galley Boy from Swensons Drive-In. This double-patty burger is served on a buttery toasted bun with cheese and two secret sauces. Though the popular drive-in (with multiple locations across the state) has never shared what exactly those secret sauces are, they best resemble tartar sauce and barbecue sauce. The burger is finished off with a signature olive on a toothpick for a recognizable flair.
3) Sheetz is offering $3.99 a gallon gasoline at select Ohio locations to help 4th of July holiday travelers. The deal applies only to the 88 version unleaded gas. E85 with ethanol is going for $3.49 a gallon. A gallon of gas averages $4.86 per gallon in Ohio.

4) Vincenza's Pizza & Pasta, long a downtown lunchtime staple for Clevelanders, has closed. Vincenza's served New York-style pizza and traced its roots back to Brooklyn, NY. The family-owned Prospect Avenue pizzeria opened in Cleveland in 1979. People went to the shop's Facebook page to share their sense of loss.
- Vai Pathak: As a New Yorker living in Cleveland, breaks my heart to miss another piece of home. Thanks for the great pizza.
- Karen Laurson Davies: So sad to see this you were like our family I know my family will miss your chicken parm.
- Jessica Taylor: Amazing Sicilian pizza, the others probably too, but I never passed on the Sicilian. Thanks for the great pizza and service, and I wish you all the best! (my diet also got a lot easier....)
- Kathleen DePompei Bedore: Oh No. You have the best pizza! I won't be able to bring my grandchildren or my great-grandchildren to the "best pizza." My daughter and I will miss you. God bless all of you.
- Christopher Brooks: I am really saddened to hear this. You guys had the best pizza and subs. And you were fantastic people too. For more than 30 years I enjoyed your food and your company. You catered the dinner after my rehearsal for my wedding. Vincenza’s will always hold a special place in my heart. Best wishes to you in whatever life may hold.

5) A Cleveland neighborhood at East 37th Street and Cedar had a WTF moment Monday when they saw what appeared to be a cheetah slinking down the street. The sighting even made its way to the police scanner and Twitter. One man told 3News he's seen wild turkeys and deer in the 'hood, but has never seen a cat like this. Well, it's not a cheetah. It's a Savannah cat, and it's someone's pet. Another neighbor told police they've seen the big cat being walked on a leash.
