Former Cleveland police officer Alan Buford will keep his job and collect payment for the last five years after the city fired him for going against the use-of-force policy in a shooting that killed 18-year-old Brandon Jones. Buford's termination was declared unjust by Judge Lisa Forbes in a 2018 ruling by an arbitrator. (Subscription: cleveland.com)
  2. A woman is listed on Cuyahoga's Most Wanted list for punching someone and beating them with a chair. The woman has many aliases, including Bridget Divencenzo, Clara Edwards, Brigita Gernoga, and Brigita Sernoga. She is wanted for a felony a few months ago; however, her criminal records go back to the 1980s. (Cleveland 19 News)
  3. A Medina City School District statement released informed the county that a bus driver didn't pass a random alcohol test after a morning bus run. According to Medina police, Herbert Ferguson drank alcohol and met the legal limit of intoxication while he drove students. Ferguson was arrested and charged with endangering children on Wednesday.
