Investigators are reviewing nearby business cameras and urging the motorist to come forward, while asking anyone who was in the area after celebrations to share any information.

Ohio minimum wage increase brings New Year's raises to workers (cleveland19.com) — Cleveland workers at Grumpy’s Cafe in Tremont are among thousands statewide seeing a 2.8% minimum wage bump that kicked in on Jan. 1.
