Ramp Closures To Start On I-480, SR 176

Various ramps will be closed for maintenance on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Will they impact your plans?

CLEVELAND — Ramp closures on I-480 and SR 176 will start Thursday night.

Thanks to an I-480 pavement replacement and ramp re-alignment project, there will be closures of ramps to I-480 east and west. Here's what drivers can expect in coming days.

I-480 east to SR 176 north will be closed Thursday at 8 p.m. through Friday at 5 a.m. Crews will be doing maintenance during that time. A detour will be created along State Road to Brookpark Road to Tuxedo Drive to Schaaf Road to Industrial Parkway to Spring Road.

Starting Friday night and continuing through Saturday at 5 a.m., the following changes will be made:

  • Brookpark Road to SR 176 north will be closed. Drivers will be detoured along State Road to Brookpark Rd. to Tuxedo Dr. to Schaaf Rd. to Industrial Pkwy. to Spring Rd.
  • I-480 west to SR 176 north will be closed. Drivers will be detoured to I-480 west to State Road to I-480 east to SR 176.

Work on the I-480 pavement replacement and ramp re-alignment project will continue through November 2022.
