RNC Day 4 Photo and Video Gallery: Heat, Protests and Prayers on Public Square, Trump's Acceptance Speech and Balloons

The final day of the Republican National Convention did not disappoint.

Thursday was the final day of the Republican National Convention in Cleveland and it was also the hottest day of the week.

In spite of the heat, the tone seemed a bit lighter. The protest signs were a bit funnier, groups were offering free water to help keep people hydrated and the Cleveland police were sharing Gatorade with officers from other agencies.

Security was still tight. Police officers maintained an overwhelming presence on Public Square on foot, on bikes and on horses.

Security was also tight inside Quicken Loans Arena most likely due to Republican nominee Donald Trump closing the RNC with his acceptance speech that evening.

Trump's speech was a record-setting 75 minutes long followed up by a dramatic balloon drop.

This guy was entertaining anyone who would pay attention by singing while wearing a dress.
