Weekend Highs In The 60s, Powerful Winds: Ohio Weather

The weekend forecast suggests Ohioans will get an early glimpse of spring, with higher-than-average temps and plenty of showers.

OHIO — Northern Ohioans can expect a big temperature jump this weekend as a dose of spring showers and warmth come into the region.

Current forecasts show temperatures hitting at least 60 degrees on both Saturday and Sunday, though rain is likely both days. Conditions are likely to turn chilly on Sunday night, with a chance for any precipitation to become a rain-snow mix.

The brief foray into spring temperatures will be just that: brief. By Sunday night, temperatures could plummet as much as 30 degrees, with a chance of light snow to boot. But both Saturday and Sunday afternoons should offer Ohioans plenty of chances to get out and about and enjoy the weather.
