UPDATE: Power has been restored to most customers in Cleveland Heights, according to First Energy.
Originally, more than 2300 Cleveland Heights power customers had no electricity this morning after a water main break in East Cleveland flooded a substation, reports Patch news partner WEWS News Channel 5.
First energy said crews are working as quickly as possible to restore power.
