Teenager Accused Of Pandering Obscenity Involving Another Minor

A 17-year-old girl is accused of showing around nude photos of another girl that she had on her cell phone on March 1 at Lutheran High School East.

The first girl, who is from Warrensville Heights, was arrested and charged with a count of pandering obscenity involving a minor, according to Cleveland Heights Police Department.

If the suspect were an adult, the charge would be a felony. However, at this time, the girl is being charged in juvenile court.

Authorities have not released how the photos came to be on the phone.
