Several Dayton Metro Library Branches will be hosting Story Walks with activities that everyone in the family can enjoy. The Walks are available for viewing during Branch hours.
Wilmington-Stroop Branch Library The Polar Express Story Book Walk through Thursday, December 30:Experience the magic of The Polar Express, written and illustrated by Chris Van Allsburg, and enjoy train-themed activities along the way.

Vandalia Branch LibraryThe Snowy Day Story Walk through Thursday, December 30:Families will be able to enjoy The Snowy Day, written by Ezra Jack Keats. Stroll through an indoor winter wonderland and have fun with a photo op, foam snow, a snowball toss, a snowflake match game, and much more.
West Carrollton Branch LibraryThe Mitten Story Walk through Thursday, December 30:While experiencing the classic tale of The Mitten, by Jan Brett, kids of all ages can take in a winterscape and hands-on activities related to the story.
Trotwood Branch LibraryPop Up Program: Polar Express Storytime and Santa, Tuesday, December 7, from 6 - 7 pm:For one day, join the Branch in a reading of The Polar Express, singing songs, and visiting with Santa. This program will be held outside, weather permitting, and registration is required.
