The homes next to The Aqua Ohio water plant on Chagrin drive have suffered costly foundation, siding, drywall and ceramic tile damage. The Aqua Ohio water plant borders the residential property owner’s property. The Aqua Ohio water plant uses heavy machinery to dig huge holes in the land causing all kinds of noise and vibration to the residents homes.
Mentor-on-the-Lake city Council must put an end to this, immediately.
