Andee Kumar is the proud owner of the new BrightStar Care agency now open in Maumee, Ohio. As a recent graduate with his master’s degree in finance and information systems, Andee is excited to embark on his entrepreneurial journey. As a new home care owner, Andee is committed to utilizing his passion for technology to drive his business. Andee has a diverse background in running small businesses as he helped manage many of his family’s ventures including real estate properties, fuel stations, and restaurants. This experience has armed him with the proper tools to successfully run his own franchise and serve the community.

Andee was compelled to open his own home care agency after witnessing the value home care had on his family, following his grandmother's terminal illness diagnosis. Experiencing firsthand the impact of quality home care, Andee aims to extend this level of care to other families in need. This venture will allow Andee to combine his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives through BrightStar Care.

This new agency serves families across the greater Northwestern Ohio region including Sylvania, Toledo, Rossford, Ottawa Hills, Holland, Maumee, Perrysburg, Findlay, Oregon. BrightStar Care of Northwest Ohio provides a higher standard of medical staffing and home care services, including companion care, personal care, skilled nursing, short-term transitional care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia care, and child care.
