Youngstown Diocese responds to parishioners defending now-closed Ashtabula church (cleveland19.com) — The Diocese of Youngstown is defending its decision to close historic Mother of Sorrows Church in Ashtabula, citing millions in needed roof repairs and limited parish funds, while some parishioners push for more transparency and a chance to raise money.
