Betty White Honored With Comic On What Would Have Been Her 100th
Portland publisher TidalWave Productions honored the legendary actress with a comic book on what would have been her 100th birthday.

PORTLAND, OR — Portland's TidalWave Productions is honoring the late great Betty White with a comic book biography tracing her life and career. They released the 30-page book on Monday.
It would have been White's 100th birthday.
The actress, who starred in television and movies for decades – and provided commentary for Portland's Grand Floral Paradefor 6 years – died New Year's Eve, weeks shy of what would have been her milestone birthday.

The comic book is part of TidalWave's line of "Tribute" comic books. Previous issues have covered people such as Elizabeth Taylor, David Bowie, Carrie Fisher, and Lucille Ball.
TidalWave publisher Darren G. Davis said that the Tribute series "is a way for us to honor these people who have made a difference in the world. We were saddened by her passing. As a great performer as she was, she did leave the world wanting more."
