'Light for the Night' Walk on October 8th
The Light for the Night walk supports the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. Register to walk on October 8th.

The Light for the Night walk is an annual fundraising 5K that helps support those who suffer from Leukemia and/or Lymphoma. By participating in the walk, you're helping those afflicted find the best care possible and helping to fund the search for a cure.
Step 1: Choose your chapter. Light for the Night walk happens across the nation, so be sure to select the region that applies to you.
Step 2: Select the form in which you will participate. You can either join a team (these are pre-existing groups that plan to walk together), create a team for your friends and family to join or walk as an individual.

Step 3: Raise those funds. Talk to family, friends, next-door-neighbors and whomever else you might know. Depending on how much you're able to raise, there are incentives offered as well to fuel that fundraising fire. We're talking fleece jackets, tote bags, a fitness tracker with a heart rate tracker and (for the extra-ambitious, who are able to raise $10,000) a pair of Brookestone Headphones.
Step 4: Walk! The Light for the Night walk will occur at The Oregon Convention Center in Portland. It starts promptly at 5:00.
