Lloyd District Killing: Man Shot To Death In Parking Garage

PORTLAND, OR — Portland Police want to know who shot and killed a man in the parking garage of building by the Oregon Convention Center Saturday evening. It happened around 7 p.m.

Officers from the North Precinct were sent to the building on the 1000 block of Northeast 2nd Avenue. People called 911 saying that they had heard gunfire

Once there, the officers found the man. He'd been shot to death.

As of Sunday afternoon, police had not released any information about the victim is or why anyone would have wanted to kill him.
