Missing Portland Woman ID'd As Person Whose Body Found In 2003
Tisha Ann Dyer went missing in 2002. The next year, a body was found in Hood River, Now, detectives know the body is Dyer.

PORTLAND, OR – Take a good look at the woman in the pictures. Her name is Tisha Ann Dyer. She has been missing since 2002.
The Hood River Sheriff's Office says that her body was found in June 2003 along a road in Mt. Hood Forest but they were only able to recently identify her.

Deputies say that her family told them she had been living in Portland. The family said that she was not known to be a hiker or involved in any outdoor activities that would have taken her to a remote part of Mt. Hood Forest.
She was 36 when she went missing. She was about 5'5" and believed to weigh about 150 pounds at the time.
