Nearly 100 Shots Fired, No Injuries In Parkrose Heights Incident
Cars and buildings were damaged by nearly 100 bullets fired late Tuesday night. It happened by Clamity Jae's on Northeast Weidler.

PORTLAND, OR — If the holiday spirit was in the air Tuesday night by Northeast Weidler and 108th Avenue, it was probably rushed to the hospital when scores of bullets were fired at cars and buildings. Portland Police say that nearly 100 bullets had been fired just after 9:30 p.m.
Officers found bullet casings from several different caliber weapons.
In addition to the casings on the street, officers found damage to buildings and several cars in the parking lot of Claimity Jae's Bar and Restaurant.

No injuries were reported.
Police were able to find surveillance tape from a nearby home that showed the shooting. Based on that, police say that several people were involved.

The Police Bureau's The Enhanced Community Safety Team (ECST) is investigating and asks that anyone with information, especially more surveillance footage, to please e-mail crimetips@portlandoregon.gov attn: ECST and reference case number 21-361241.
Tips can be sent through Crime Stoppers of Oregon, which offers cash rewards of up to $2,500 cash for information, reported to Crime Stoppers, that leads to an arrest in any unsolved felony crime.
