Patch: What is the biggest struggle your organization faces?

Adventures Without Limits: Our biggest struggle is ensuring we are staying focused on long-term, systemic change, as opposed to short-term, incremental change. That is hard work, and we have to make sure we are not settling for quick wins when we need to be focused on long-term success.
