LPCK: We provide a safety net for those in Southern Deschutes County. Food and clothing are expensive. If we can lessen that burden, then our clients have a bit more money for rent and other required living expenses. This in turn helps the local economy.
Patch: What is the biggest struggle your organization faces?
LPCK: We exist completely on donations and grants. Our town is small, so our local donor base may be enthusiastic about supporting us, but it is limited. We always struggle for funding.
