All Republican Candidates For Partisan Elected Offices In Oregon's November 2024 election were twice given all the information contained in this email and the opportunity to make a public statement that they will not support Donald Trump for President and that they no longer Approve of his behavior, Share his values and Blindly do his bidding. All Oregon Republican candidates still refuse to reject Donald Trump and his values while hundreds of Republican patriots across our country have stood up to reject Trump.

In December 2020 Republican state representative Mike Nearman was expelled for illegally opening the door of the locked Oregon state Capitol for armed demonstrators. They caused considerable damage inside the building and injured police officers. Republican state representative Mike Nearman was tried, convicted and sentenced for his crimes as well as being the first sitting Oregon lawmaker to be expelled from the legislature in our state’s history. This was just prior to Donald Trump directing his mob of insurrectionists to storm our U. S. Capitol to threaten, assault and hang members of congress and their staffs, Vice President Mike Pence, Capitol police and other Capitol employees.
Every Republican voted to expel Republican representative Mike Nearman and yet every Republican running for elected partisan office in Oregon deliberately refuses, despite overwhelming evidence of Donald Trump’s criminality, to reject the candidacy of Donald Trump whose crimes are manifestly far greater in number and degree than those of former Republican state representative Mike Nearman. It is time to stand up and be counted.

Dear Oregonians:
We live in the greatest state in the greatest country in the world. To keep it that way we MUST not only vote for Vice President Kamala Harris and Governor Tim Waltz on November 5th we MUST speak out publicly and loudly on their behalf. We MUST discourage voting for all Republican candidates on Oregon ballots that support Donald Trump.*
All of the Oregon Republican candidates running for Congress, our State legislature, State Attorney General, Secretary of State and State Treasurer stand with and for Donald Trump, their cult leader. Here are many reasons to vote against Donald Trump AND those MAGA Republicans who Approve of his behavior, Share his values and Blindly do his bidding.
1. Donald Trump was convicted of 34 felonies and will soon be sentenced for his crimes.
2. Donald Trump is an adjudicated rapist of E. Jean Carroll.
3. Donald Trump has been found liable for a total of more than 100 million dollars in defamation judgements awarded by two juries for his victim, E. Jean Carroll.
4. Donald Trump has been found guilty of persistent fraud in his business practices and assessed penalties of around 500 million dollars and rising.
5. Donald Trump stole classified documents, including nuclear and military secrets, after leaving office then refused to return them. Trump will face felony charges for these crimes.
6. Donald Trump has and continues to spread false conspiracy theories about voter fraud where there is none.
7. Donald Trump organized fraudulent “alternate” slates of electors, and then tried to get those fraudulent electors’ votes to be counted in the Electoral College on January 6.
8. Donald Trump pressured Vice President Mike Pence to recognize the fraudulent electoral certificates on January 6 and count those electors’ sham votes for Trump.
9. Donald Trump incited an insurrectionist mob to attack the US Capitol in order to stop the peaceful transfer of power.
10. Donald Trump actively supported Capitol insurrectionists’ efforts to hang his VP, Mike Pence.
11. Donald Trump, during the Capitol insurrection, showed extreme disrespect and disregard for the lives of Capitol police, members of congress and their staffs and his own Vice President, Mike Pence, by gleefully watching his mob on TV and refusing, for hours, all efforts by staff and family to persuade him to act to stop the violence.
12. Donald Trump has bragged about how he packed the Supreme Court with judges who would and did overturn Roe v. Wade.
13. Donald Trump endorsed Florida’s six-week abortion ban and confirmed he would vote against Florida Amendment 4, a ballot measure that would protect abortion rights under the state constitution.
14. Donald Trump promised to eliminate the Affordable Care Act and leave 41 million Americans without health care.
15. Donald Trump admires authoritarianism and has demagogic talent.
16. Donald Trump supports oligarchs and dictators, especially Vladimir Putin, and dismisses America’s Allies.
17. Donald Trump would end support to the Ukrainian people in their fight for democracy against Russian aggression.
18. Donald Trump speaks in incomplete sentences, slurred, garbled words, and unintelligible, inappropriate thoughts making it difficult if not impossible to understand what he means.
19. Donald Trump is anti-vax and anti-mask, jeopardizing Americans’ health.
20. Donald Trump demonstrates a lack of empathy for veterans, the disabled, the uneducated, the sick, the poor, immigrants and his own voters.
21. Donald Trump cheats in his businesses, his taxes and on his wives.
22. Donald Trump persistently lies about his economic policies, i.e. tariffs. Tariffs are not paid by foreign governments. Tariffs are a type of domestic sales tax paid by Americans on foreign goods.
23. Donald Trump’s recent required campaign finance report is misleading if not outright false because he lists only gross income not net income obfuscating his real worth.
24. Donald Trump said he wants to get revenge and lock up his political opponents.
25. Donald Trump encourages and posts QAnon conspiracy theories.
26. Donald Trump’s plan for governing, Project 2025, is a freighting document created by his minions.
A. Severely limiting abortion access nationwide by reversing the FDA’s approval of mifepristone, a drug used in medication abortion.
B. Exploiting the executive branch’s vast and unprecedented powers to spy on Americans’ lives with warrantless surveillance of our data.
C. Violating the First Amendment by using federal law enforcement to target journalists and protestors.
D. Abusing executive power to interfere in our elections by criminalizing the voting process and damaging fair representation.
27. Donald Trump’s economic plans would add $5.8 trillion to national debt.
28. Donald Trump defiled what is sacred by defying Army rules sent to him before he arrived at Arlington National Cemetery.
29. Donald Trump is too old to be president.
30. Donald Trump is too racist to be president.

32. Donald Trump is a pathological liar whose words and commitments cannot be trusted.
33. Donald Trump is a dangerous demagogue.
34. Donald Trump is too abusive to disabled people to be president.
35. Donald Trump is a cruel human being who surrounds himself with cruel human beings.
36. Donald Trump is demonstrably mentally unfit for the job of President by the way he speaks, moves and acts.
37. Donald Trump is incurious and displays overwhelming ignorance.
38. Donald Trump bizarrely praises “the late, great Hannibal Lecter", a fictional film character who is a murderous cannibal.
39. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, has said the U.S. was being run by Democrats, corporate oligarchs and "a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they've made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too."
40. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, has said qualified teachers should not be allowed to teach if they do not have biological children of their own.
41. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, has said parents with children should get more votes per child than individuals without children.
42. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, has said professional women “choose a path to misery” when they prioritize careers over having children.
43. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, has said women like his classmates at Yale Law School that “pursuing racial or gender equity is like the value system that gives their life meaning … [but] they all find that that value system leads to misery”.
44. Donald Trump’s VP choice, JD Vance, acknowledged that he “created” the baseless claims that Haitian immigrants are eating their neighbors’ pets in Springfield, Ohio. Vance said that if he has to “create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people, then that’s what I’m going to do.”
45. Donald Trump shows disregard for both the truth and immigrants by continuing to whip up his audiences by telling them that immigrants in Springfield, Ohio are “Eating the dogs. They’re eating the cats. They’re eating the pets of the people that live there”, even though he knows it isn’t true. The mayor, city manager and chief of police, of Springfield, Ohio, as well as Republican Ohio Governor, Mike DeWine, found no evidence of this hateful rumor.
46. Donald Trump has remained a powerful, if not dominant, political figure by weaving together a tapestry of resentment and victimhood. He has tapped into a bloc of voters* for whom truth is irrelevant. When truth is irrelevant then our laws and our courts and the affirmation that every witness takes, “the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth” is also irrelevant.
47. Donald Trump’s policy differences just don't matter at the moment because a Trump Presidency is a dire threat to democracy.
