Outdoor School For All: Alternative Education in Oregon

Educating children effectively doesn't have to take place inside a classroom. Built on the fundamental idea that children benefit from hands-on learning, Outdoor School For All has been providing students with alternative methods of education since 1957.

The program provides participants with self-confidence and self-reliance, while placing a high importance on the great outdoors and not technology.

While Outdoor School For All has given some children a unique and engaging educational experience, others have not been as fortunate due to limited school budgets.

The goal for this Fall is to gather enough signatures to make Outdoor School For All accessible for everyone, and raise enough money to fund it for all Oregonian students.
