According to the National Weather Service, it will be rainy and windy with a high of 47 degrees for Saturday's MLS Cup in Portland.

Friday Night: Rain likely, mainly after 10 p.m. Cloudy, with a low around 41. Breezy, with a south wind 15 mph to 17 mph, with gusts as high as 26 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent. New precipitation amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch possible.
