Portland Man Arrested After Several Acts Of Public Indecency: Police
Portland police that said Michael Enns would sit in his silver Volkswagen and call people over, then fondle himself.

PORTLAND, OR — Portland police say that he did it in a car, he did it in front of a woman and her dog, he did it while driving behind a woman riding a bicycle. Police say that Michael Enns of Portland was not shy about masturbating.
Enns, 27, who was freed on bail on Wednesday, was arrested the day before and charged with two counts of public indecency, one count of unlawful possession of a handgun and one count of possession of a loaded handgun in public.
On Tuesday, members of the Central Precinct's Neighborhood Response Team was patrolling the area of Southeast 30th Avenue and Southeast Alder Street when they saw a silver Volkswagen that they'd been warned about, police said.

Police said that they'd received several reports about a man driving a silver Volkswagen who was fondling himself in public.
Seeing that the license plate matched the one that they were looking for, they pulled it over and found Enns along with a loaded Glock 19 and what police said were a high-capacity magazine, two AR-15 magazines, leather gloves and a video camera.

Several lewd Polaroid photographs were also recovered, according to police.
