PORTLAND, OR -- Portland police said 91 citations were issued Sunday night during a campaign to increase traffic safety. The officers patrolled on police motorcycles and used a photo radar van to catch any drivers, pedestrians and bicycle riders violating traffic laws, police said.The mission was conducted along Southwest McLoughlin Boulevard and the Central Eastside Industrial Area.
