The citations were issued during a "Vision Zero traffic safety" campaign, police said.

PORTLAND, OR -- Portland police said 91 citations were issued Sunday night during a campaign to increase traffic safety. The officers patrolled on police motorcycles and used a photo radar van to catch any drivers, pedestrians and bicycle riders violating traffic laws, police said.
The mission was conducted along Southwest McLoughlin Boulevard and the Central Eastside Industrial Area.
The Traffic Division will be conducting future enforcement missions as staffing allows, police said.
