The PPS K-5 Language Arts team invites you to an in-person viewing and feedback session in the Blanchard Education Service Center (501 N. Dixon St.) foyer for the three curriculum vendor finalists. We would like to invite you to come and speak with the vendors, learn more about the curriculum and provide us with feedback Wednesday, March 16.

We are screening materials for reading and writing, but also, very importantly, cultural relevance, English language learning and special education support, formatting, and ease of use, etc. Everyone can contribute to us finding the right curriculum to meet the needs of all of our students. This event is being held simultaneously with our field test of these materials, and your feedback will help us make the decision on which curriculum to move forward with.
Materials from the three vendor finalists -- Benchmark Advance, EL Education, Great Minds Wit & Wisdom plus Geodes -- will be on hand from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the BESC foyer, with vendors staffing the tables from 1:00-6:00 p.m. K-5 Language Arts team staff will also be on hand, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., to answer any questions you may have and distribute feedback forms.
