3-Day June Fete Fair Resumes In Montco: What To Know
The fair, which benefits Jefferson Abington Hospital, resumes on Friday after its 111-year consecutive streak was snapped last year.

EASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — After its 111-year consecutive streak was snapped last year, the three-day June Fete Fair returns this weekend.
The June Fete Fair and Horse & Pony Show is planned from June 6-8 at 2990 Edge Hill Road in Huntingdon Valley.
Held all day on Saturday, the Horse & Pony show features fun competition for local equestrians of all ages.

The fair has taken place in Montgomery County since 1913. It returns after taking a year off.
The Abington Health Foundation Women’s Board, which runs the event, scrapped the annual festival for safety reasons last year.

The board said that the event could not take place because Upper Moreland Township denied the June Fete Fair's permit applications due to "the township’s current safety and security concerns related to numerous local events."
The turnout in 2023 was nearly 20,000 people. That year, the fair raised $107,000 to support Jefferson Abington Hospital.
All funds raised this year will support the Durham Fund for Nurse Wellness at Jefferson Abington Hospital.

Friday, June 6
- 4 p.m. – Fair entrance gates open
- 9:15 p.m. – Fireworks
- 10 p.m. – Fair entrance gates close
Saturday, June 7
- 11 a.m. – Fair entrance gates open
- 10 p.m. – Fair entrance gates close
- 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. — Horse & Pony Show
Sunday, June 8
- Noon – Fair entrance gates open
- 6 p.m. – Fair entrance gates close
