Abandoned Dogs Were Found In Cheltenham. Find Out How Many
Cheltenham Police said the dogs were found malnourished and neglected in two cages in Wyncote on Tuesday.

WYNCOTE, PA — Cheltenham Township Police have recovered six abandoned dogs in the township's Wyncote section who they say were malnourished and neglected due to their physical condition.
The Cheltenham Township Police Department was notified at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday that abandoned dogs were found in the 2400 block of Shoppers Lane in the township's Wyncote section.
Police officers located two small cages with six dogs in them. The dogs appeared malnourished and neglected due to their physical condition.

Cheltenham Police transported the dogs to the Montgomery County SPCA - PA in Conshohocken, Pa.
Cheltenham Detectives and Animal Control are working with the Montgomery County SPCA’s Humane Society Police Officers to determine who is responsible for abandoning and neglecting the animals.
