The following Abington Township Committees will meet this week at the township building, 1176 Old York Road:
- Public works and code enforcement, Monday, April 1 at 7:30 p.m.
- Economic development, Tuesday, April 2 at 3 p.m.
- Public safety and public affairs, Wednesday, April 3 at 7:30 p.m.

The Abington Environmental Advisory Council is looking for volunteers to help clean township parks. The upcoming dates and cleanup sites are:

- Saturday, April 13 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Baederwood Park, 830 Highland Ave.
