Cheltenham Art Center to Hold Summer Programs for Teens

The art center will offer full- and half-day programs.

Summer is no time to take a break from art. Enjoy the sultry days as you paint, print and sculpt in the cool classrooms at Cheltenham Center for the Arts.

Summer Arts for Teens, in its second year, continues with new offerings. Whether you already love art or just want to try something new, Cheltenham Center for the Arts offers classes for the full day or half day from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for teens ages 13 through 16.

  • One Week - Batik and Mosaic,  July 8-12, Batik in the morning, Mosaic in the afternoon
  • One Week - Printmaking/ TBA,  July 15-19, Printmaking in the morning/ TBA in the afternoon
  • One Week - A Week of Clay, July 22- July-26, Hand building in the morning/ Beginning Wheel Throwing in the afternoon
  • Two Weeks - All Clay, Aug. 5- Aug. 16,  fee

CCA faculty members are experienced and professional artists.
