Benjamin Michael Sprague, 25, of Senak Road, Roslyn; and Caitlin Nicole Wood, 23, of York Road, Jenkintown, were arrested Feb. 20 just before 11:30 a.m. after police said both of them threw several blue wax paper bags and several uncapped syringes out of the windows of a silver Chevrolet Van near the corner of Limekiln Pike and Mount Carmel Avenue.

During a traffic stop, police said they found several blue wax papers in the driver’s side door card which contained suspected heroin residue, as well as a capped syringe in the vehicle’s cup holder.
