Disorderly Conduct, Public Drunkenness Top Summary Arrests

Disorderly conduct
- Brett Rivers, 42, of Logan Avenue, North Hills, was arrested Feb. 15 at 9:47 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Mount Carmel and Cricket avenues after Rivers admitted to smoking marijuana, police said. According to police, Rivers handed over the remaining marijuana.
- Sean Gannon, 19, of Suffolk Road, Jenkintown, was arrested Feb. 14 at 11:45 p.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Jenkintown Road and Abington Avenue in which police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
- Ronald Risch Jr., 22, of Cavalcade Lane, Warminster, was arrested Feb. 14 at 3:07 a.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of Old York and Moreland roads in which police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
- Jeffrey Steigelmann, 20, of Big Road, Zieglerville, was arrested Feb. 10 at 2:41 a.m. following a traffic stop near the corner of North Hills and Chestnut avenues in which police saw a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
Public drunkenness
- Glen Ellis, 23, of Elk Street, Glenside, was issued a non-traffic citation Feb. 15 at 3:07 p.m. after police found him intoxicated at the Rosemore Garden Apartments, police said. According to police, when he was asked if he needed help, Ellis became very uncooperative and started yelling and cursing.
- James Angney, 30, of Norwood Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested Feb. 15 at 1:44 p.m. after police found Angney slumped over on a bench near the corner of Mount Carmel Avenue and Easton Road, police said. According to police, the EMTs said Angey exhibited symptoms of prescription drug us mixed with alcohol. Angney was taken to Abington Memorial Hospital.
