Disorderly conduct … Preston Maynard, 19, of Mildred Avenue, Abington, was arrested March 21 at 1:37 a.m. following a pedestrian stop in the corner of Harrison and Woodrow avenues in which police found him to have a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia in his possession, police said.
Disorderly conduct … Allen Scott, 20, of Arline Avenue, Roslyn, was arrested March 21 at 1:01 a.m. after police saw him in a vehicle parked on the shoulder of Maple Avenue at Lincoln Avenue; he had a marijuana cigar in his possession, police said.
Public drunkenness … Andrew Rusnak, 34, of Bartram Road, Willow Grove, was issued a non-traffic citation March 20 at 1:23 a.m. after the Moreland road CVS manager called and reported that Rusnak was intoxicated and smoking a cigarette in the store, refusing to leave, police said.

Retail theft … Marina Weckner, 22, of Haines Avenue, Elkins Park, was issued a non-traffic citation after a Sears loss prevention officer saw her select $147 worth of merchandise, enter a fitting room and exit the fitting room without the items, police said. According to police, the loss prevention officer confronted Weckner in the parking lot and she admitted to taking the items without paying for them.
Disorderly conduct … Antoine Hicks, 23, of Roumfort Road, Philadelphia, was arrested March 16 at 9:23 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Woodland and Thomson roads after police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.

Disorderly conduct … Jared Jasinski, 23, of Oxford Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested March 15 at 2:16 a.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Bradfield Road and Lafayette Avenue in which police found a small amount of marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
Disorderly conduct and public drunkenness … Glen Ellis, 23, of Elk Street, Glenside, was arrested March 12 at 8:34 p.m. after police responded to the Rosemore Garden apartments for the report of a disturbance and found Ellis intoxicated, yelling profanities in an apartment, police said. According to police, the apartment’s tenant wanted Ellis to leave but he refused.
Public drunkenness … John D’Amico, 21, of Easton Road, Glenside, was issued a non-traffic citation March 12 at 1:31 a.m. after the Roslyn Wawa manager reported that D’Amico left the store without paying for merchandise, police said. According to police, D’Amico was found hiding behind a bush on Bradfield Road.
Disorderly conduct … Joel Smith, 31, of Highland Avenue, Lansdowne, was arrested March 9 at 11:45 p.m. following a traffic stop in the corner of Township Line and Cardinal roads in which police found a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia in the vehicle, police said.
