Why are you seeking elective office?
I have been an advocate for social and emotional inclusion since my earliest memory. At age five I recall a few kids ringing my doorbell to play but I had already set an intention to play with a sickly kid in the neighborhood who played alone in her yard…
In order for democracy to occur and be used as an effective tool people should be welcomed, valued, and encouraged in an attempt to genuinely engage in political processes.
It would be an honor to work alongside constituents doing the work within our community which would denote the will of the people.
The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.
We’ve all observed political tensions that have been polarizing in nature. Our challenge is not to blur, or taint, the business of education designed to enhance the lives and wellness of our children.
What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
Age, lol. Each individual offers a unique perspective, however, we collectively serve to promote advocacy of our most precious commodity: our children.
If you are a challenger, in what way has the current board or officeholder failed the community (or district or constituency)
From my vantage point during these pivotal times school board citizens, volunteers, elected officials have stood steadfast and have risen to each challenge to the best of their ability.
Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

The best advice ever shared with me was:
No man is an island.
