Why are you seeking elective office?

I am currently an Elected Constable and I am seeking re-election to a position I enjoy doing.

The single most pressing issue facing our (board, district, etc.) is _______, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Voter safety. I hire a deputy constable for each poll. And go to all the 38 polls in Abington throughout the Election Day handling any issues that arise.

What are the critical differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I care about the sanctity of the polling place. And strive to make sure everyone gets to vote regardless of their party.

Describe the other issues that define your campaign platform.

My partner and I try to preform our daily tasks as Constables with as much consideration for the rights of the people we come into contact with while preforming our duties.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

I have been a constable for twelve years and I have never had a complaint about how I have discharged my duties from the people I deal with everyday.

The best advice ever shared with me was:

Try to remember that the duties you perform effect people’s lives. Attempt to do it with as much compassion as possible.

I take my responsibilities as a constable seriously and always try and be as fair as possible.
