1. Gov. Wolf Tours Newly Constructed Food Processing Plant: The governor came to Hatfield Township Friday for a tour of the new Clemens Food Group processing facility.

2. State Senator Has Harsh Words For PA Department of Environmental Protection: State Sen. Katie Muth, D-44, called out the DEP for systemic failures following the announcement by Attorney General Josh Shapiro of environmental criminal charges against the builders of the Mariner East 2 pipeline.

3. Upper Dublin Residents Fear 'De Facto Wildlife Refuge' Will Be Developed: An 18-acre parcel owned by a private developer was clear-cut following Hurricane Ida. Some fear the move signals pending development, which the developer confirmed. Still, worry remains.

Former Upper Moreland Dunkin Donuts Worker Gets Jail For Assault: Gregory Antonio Roach, 23, was sentenced to time at the county jail for indecent assault of two former teenager coworkers at the Willow Grove Dunk Donuts in 2018. The Jamaica native may ultimately be deported because of the conviction.

5. Hedwig House In Lansdale Receives $100K State Grant: The organization, which specializes in mental health treatment and services, was the recipient of a grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
