2nd Suspect Charged In Fatal Norristown Shooting

A teen has been taken into custody in connection with a fatal shooting in Norristown last month. Naseem Worrell, 17, of Norristown was taken into custody without incident in Philadelphia. Worrell was the second suspect of three charged in the fatal shooting. (Read More)
