When police arrived, they found three men walking away from the area. According to police, one of the men said that he was arguing with Tulish on the sidewalk about money when Tulish pulled a gun from his waistband, racked it, put it to his forehead and said, “Go ahead, try me [expletive.]”
Tulish also waived the gun at two people who were standing across the street, police said.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 2 at 2:30 p.m. in front of District Justice John Kessler.
The gun was determined to be a black pellet gun and Tulish was taken into custody without incident, police said. He was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, terroristic threats and possessing an instrument of crime.
Tulish also pleaded guilty in 2010 to drug possession charges stemming from an arrest in Hatfield Township, according to court documents. He received one year of probation.
