MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA — The following are three stories out of Montgomery County that you won't want to miss:
1. Lower Providence Police Honored For Handling Armed Standoff: Officers from Lower Providence and nearby Montgomery County departments were recognized for their involvement in a case involving an armed man who barricaded himself in his home following a dispute with a code enforcement officer.
2. Pennsylvania Trooper Who Died From COVID-19 May Or May Not Have Been Vaccinated: State Police are not saying whether Trooper Dung X. Martinez, who died last week, was inoculated against the virus.

3. Lenape Nation Of Pennsylvania Holds Healing Ceremony: The ceremony, held at Temple's Ambler campus in Upper Dublin Township, was designed to heal both land and community following the tornado in September spawned by Hurricane Ida.
