He had argued warrantless search of the Abington home but the court found exigent circumstances existed.

2. Plymouth Township Police K9s Get 'Blessed': Plymouth police canines took part in a 'Blessing of the Animals' ceremony conducted by a faith group behind the Plymouth Meeting Mall.
