1. PA Senate Passes Bill Making Charitable Gifts Easier: Senate Bill 731, which was sponsored by Montgomery County's Bob Mensch and would make it easier for charities to receive large financial contributions, passed the state senate.
2. Annual Brad Fox Memorial 5K Event Returns Nov. 6: The yearly run/walk is done in honor of Plymouth Township Police Officer Brad Fox, who was fatally gunned down by a suspect back in September 2012.
