Missing Man Found In Cheltenham. How Was He Lost?
Cheltenham Police said Leapheng Sin left the apartment of his group home on Sunday. Police say he was found safely.

CHELTENHAM TOWNSHIP, PA — The Cheltenham Township Police Department said a 22-year-old man who went missing on Sunday has been found safe and is now home.
Cheltenham Police had sought the whereabouts of Leapheng Sin, 22, who was reported missing at 9:31 p.m. on Sunday after walking out of his apartment/group home on Limekiln Pike in Wyncote several hours earlier.

Police said Sin is 6’3” tall and weighs 250 pounds.
Police said Sin is an intellectually disabled adult, has black facial hair (beard/no mustache), and was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt, black athletic shorts, and black New Balance sneakers.

Sin either walks or uses SEPTA to get around and frequents 5th Street and Olney Avenue in Philadelphia.
