It will be the latest prime time appearance for Shapiro, who also rallied for Kamala Harris and Walz at their first ever public event together, in Philadelphia, the day that Walz was officially chosen over Shapiro as the Democratic VP candidate.
At the time, Shapiro promised to campaign hard for the pair, and he has followed through up to and including the convention, where he has been already taking part in ceremonies this week.
"From the birthplace of our democracy and the greatest Commonwealth in the nation — Pennsylvania proudly cast 178 votes for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz," he said Tuesday night.
Other speakers Wednesday night will include House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Sen. Cory Booker of New Jersey, Sen. Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota, Sen. Chris Murphy of Connecticut, and Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto of Nevada.
