$1,717 in Electronics Stolen From 14 Unlocked Cars
A total of 10 residences were hit by thieves. Police said all cars entered were unlocked and no forced entry was made.

Whitpain Township Police said 14 unlocked cars were entered on Sept. 30 and more than $1,700 in electronics and cash were stolen from them.
Police said the vehicles were located on Parkwood Road, Ardway Road, Meadowbrook Road and Grant Avenue.
Police were called to 10 homes in all.
All electronics and cash stolen from the vehicles totaled $1,717, police said.
Police said there was no forced entry on any of the vehicles. Officers urged residents to lock doors, especially when storing valuables inside.
