Zoning Change Approved for Saint Joseph's
The change officially moves the zoning from industrial to commercial for the school portion of the property.
During last week's meeting, Ambler Borough Council unanimously approved a resolution that changes the zoning for Saint Joseph's from industrial to downtown commercial.
Councilwoman Pat Strus said the resolution was created after a business expressed interest in occupying the school portion of the property, which is located at 16 South Spring Garden Street.
Strus added that only the school portion of the property was affected by the zoning change, and the church and rectory will remain the same.
